Stimulus

The world is full of stimulus: lights, sounds, smells, tastes. We are surrounded by cars, people, flashing lights, computers,  advertisements, all directed at you and you are never alone. Not truly. The pieces of technology you hold in your hands every waking second of the day, the one you prize so much, what would happen if they just all ceased to be? What then? Would you remember your life before, how you entertained yourselves without handheld devices and televisions?
